NCompassTrac Releases Gen III of its Customer Retention Platform

NCompassTrac has published Gen III to its live cloud instance giving all of its clients 55 new features and add-ons to interact with.“This has been a major upgrade to our platform and represents the feature requests and improvements our clients have been asking for” states Zach Lyons, Vice President, Sales NcompassTrac. Many of the new features directly support the ongoing Mobile and Social technologies built into the Loyalty Platform.

With over 25 new mobile and social media Apps such as the popular KickStart Photo Experience being adopted by dealerships and OEM’s, the cloud platform has been enhanced to capture and represent the data being collected and posted. “The desire for customers and our clients to interact directly and immediately with social media has increased dramatically over the last year”; according to Caleb Halford, Director of Mobile Technologies for NcompassTrac. “This in turn has prompted dealerships to get more sophisticated with hash tagging and publication to their social media sites automatically within the Apps we build.”

Some of the features included in this technology push are, extensions for RevenueTrac, the mobile app that reports real time revenue at the touch of a button, support for the KickStart Photo Experience, an App that allows the dealership and customer to take a photo of themselves with a custom frame of their choice with the new car purchase and have it post directly to both the customers Facebook, Twitter, Instagram as well as the dealerships social sites thereby promoting the dealership brand and experience.

Additional enhancements to the Service Advisor screens include one click card replacement, flexible customer search and lookups, geo mapping improvements, text messaging support, vehicle recall real time lookup and support for the all new NcompassTrac shopping Mall that gives patrons additional discounts and “cash back” from purchases made from over 1,200 ecommerce sites such as Best Buy, eBay, Amazon and more.

With the NcT shopping mall, all revenue is accrued against the customers Loyalty or Savings Card and is available to spend at any of the supported sites as well as their dealership.
