Christopher Daden

Chief Executive Officer

Chris Daden has a proven track-record of aligning technological innovation with the needs of ever-changing and highly competitive markets. Chris was named Chief Executive Officer by the board of NCompassTrac after an impactful tenure as the company’s Chief Technology Officer, where he leveraged his experience blending international off-shore and on-shore development teams to optimize client workflows and increase profitability. As Chief Technology Officer, Chris executed on a renewed vision for NCompassTrac’s core technology while simultaneously leading architecture and creation of new industry leading portfolio products.

Chris has championed the creation of more than 150 enterprise applications for entities including government organizations, high-growth startup companies and Fortune 500 companies - totaling $30M+ in software deliverables. He attended California State University, Fullerton and Pennsylvania State University, and holds certifications such as Board Level HIPPA Compliance and Board Level SEC Compliance.

Using his extensive multi-stack technology experience and a results-driven business acumen, Chris is driving the next generation of NCompassTrac’s products to market and executing towards a broader vision for the company’s initiatives in the Automotive & PowerSports industries.

Ron Vangell

Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer

Before joining NcompassTrac, Ron was at OpenText, (Ticker:OTEX), an Enterprise Information Company where he worked as a Senior Executive with the M&A team, had responsibilities for multiple Business Units and brought to market new products that extended Oracle ERP and EcoSystems technology.

Ron was CEO and co-founder of Magellan Software, an Irvine based Enterprise Document Management Company that was acquired by Gauss Interprise AG, a public Enterprise Content Management company (Ticker:GSOG) where he became CEO. Before Magellan Ron helped launch Quest Software Inc. (Ticker: QSFT) where he was an early shareholder and setup the Sales, Marketing and distribution channels as a Senior Vice President.

Ron has held various board positions in companies such as eHealthEngines, an industry first telemedicine software solution (Ticker:CDNX) that later became OpenMed Technologies, AIIM, a Global Community of Information Professionals, and iconect, a cloud based software solution for the legal industry that specializes in litigation support, early case assessment, and review technology.

Kevin Cooper

Chief Operating Officer

As the co-founder of NcompassTrac LLC, Kevin brings over 20 years of product development and industry experience in our target markets. Beginning his career at Forbes Industries, as the VP of Operations, Kevin has a proven track record for growing and managing complex organizations. As the Director of Sales , for Laveycraft, Datatec, and Affinity Media, Kevin had responsibility for all new revenue generation activities.

Mark Smith

Chief Financial Officer

Mark has over 25 years experience as an accounting professional. His career started with Deloitte and Touche were he was a Tax Senior for 5 years. As CFO for Magellan Software, an Irvine based Enterprise Software Company that also had operations in the UK, Germany, Benelux, Poland and Singapore, Mark handled all ERP and Revenue operations. After Magellan, Mark spent time as the US Operations CFO for Gauss Interprise, a publically traded software company (Ticker:GSOG), and later worked at OpenText where he handled multiple business lines and assisted with acquisition integrations of both public and private concerns.
